Kathy King has been in the advertising/design business for more than 25 years.
Her last fourteen years have been in the Silicon Valley working either freelance
or full time for various ad agencies and client direct. She has worked on everything
from ads to large brochures, direct mail to point-of-purchase displays, web banners
and websites to logo design and corporate identity.
Her client list includes a variety of disciplines from high tech to healthcare,
acupuncture to e-commerce: Adaptec, Artison Inc., Avant!, Chevron, Certain Software, CIGNA Health Plans, egarden, Epicentric, Fluor Daniel, Fujitsu, Hewlett-Packard, Icarian, IQMS, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Kineto, Litton Industries, McDonnell Douglas,
Neet, Network Appiance, NCR, NxtWave, O'Grady Communications, Remedy,
Sisters of Providence Hospital, The Tech Museum, Trilogy, USC University Hospital,

Kathy started her career in New York, after graduating from Pasadena’s Art Center
College of Design. Working at Young and Rubicam and Backer and Spielvogel,
she worked on such accounts as Campbell's Soup, Gannett Newspapers, Gulf Oil Co.,
Hyundai, Merrill Lynch, Lipton, Oil of Olay, U.S. Postal Service and Whitehall Labs.
She now works out of her home office in Scotts Valley, playing volleyball and soccer
